  • Mobile Check Deposit

    Now you can deposit your checks with your smart phone, iPad or tablet. Download our FREE BCU Check Deposit App, available at iTunes’ App Store or Google Play Store. Our Mobile Check Deposit App lets you deposit a check to your account by taking a digital image with your smart phone or tablet. Then when the deposit has been confirmed, you will see the deposit reflected in your account balance.

    To download the BCU Check Deposit App:
    Using your smart phone, iPad or tablet, go to iTunes’ App Store or Google Play Store and search for ‘BCU Check Deposit’

    • Download the App to your smart phone, iPad, or tablet
    • Register as a new user

    We have provided a comprehensive How-To Guide to view and download.

     

    Make your check deposit quickly and simply:

    • Sign in on your app
    • Go to ‘Deposits’
    • Select which account the check will deposit to
    • Enter the amount
    • Take a picture of the front and back of your check
    • Press submit

    It will notify you that your check images were accepted or ask you to retake the image.
    Deposits made before 3:00 p.m. will post the same day. You can check your online account to see that the deposit is pending or has posted.

  • Online Banking

    When you open your BCU Share or Checking account, request online banking and you will be issued a User ID that will allow you to view your account balances, view account statement history, transfer funds between accounts, and make loan payments or apply online.

  • Online Bill Pay

    Baptist Credit union offers free online bill pay for the ease and convenience of our members. If you have enrolled for online banking you may sign up for online bill pay.

  • eStatements

    Download statements electronically and access up to 1 year of statements online:

    Sign-on to our internet banking system. Apply online.

    Select a specific account (savings, checking, etc.) to view the transaction detail for that account.

    Click on the View eStatement button.

    The first time you select this option, you will be prompted to register for eStatements. You will just enter your name, SSN, date-of-birth, and base membership number.

    Once you are signed-up, you will begin receiving your statements electronically, starting with the next statement cycle.

  • Account Alerts

    Account Alerts are messages sent to you from Baptist Credit Union via e-mail or text message on your cell phone alerting you to changes in your account status which you wish to monitor, such as ATM withdrawals, account balances, debit card purchases, electronic deposits or withdrawals.

    You may sign up by:

    • If you are already enrolled in online banking, Enter your online banking account, and choose ‘Preferences’ in the gray navigation bar. Click and choose the third option – Manage Alerts. Make your selections and enter your preferences.
    • If you are not enrolled, go to the left menu bar on the BCU homepage, click on Member Services and choose Online Access to be issued a User ID Number.

  • Direct Debit

    You may have direct debit set up for any of your monthly payment transactions. For instance you may contact your utility company and fill out the appropriate form requesting them to automatically debit your account each month for your utility payment.
